Everything that governs using tckt, in plain English. The short version: the organiser is the seller and is responsible for their event; tckt is the self-service platform that lists it and processes the sale. Your money settles to the organiser’s own account — tckt never holds ticket funds.

These are draft v0.1 documents for our preview, being finalised with a solicitor. They’re written to be clear and honest now, and will be tightened before general launch.
