A fair fee, and we show you all of it.
We’re trying to lower the barrier for small events — so our fee is tiny and completely open. Our costs at this scale are low, and we pass that straight on to you.
The first two are the card fee, charged straight through at cost. The 20p is our whole margin — it’s what keeps tckt running. That’s the entire story.
Absorb it (recommended) and the hamster fee is just 20p — your fans pay a clean, round price. Prefer to pass it on? Then it’s 40p — because if a fan’s paying a fee anyway, we take a little more to keep the lights on.
Because we’re event-goers who got sick of watching platforms take £1.50 off a £10 ticket. We’re not a big company with big overheads — running this at our scale costs very little, so we charge very little. No monthly fee, no cut of your box office, no booking-fee games. Just the card cost, plus enough to feed the hamster.
