DRAFT v0.1 — for solicitor review. Not legal advice and not yet in force. These apply in addition to the Organiser Terms, Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy while tckt is in preview.
tckt is currently in preview. That means the service is still being built and tested, and we want to be upfront about what that involves.
What "preview" means here
- Features may change. We may add, change or remove features, pricing displays and flows during preview.
- Interruptions may happen. The service is provided "as available". There may be downtime, bugs, or occasional data issues while we stabilise things.
- Keep your own records. Organisers should keep their own copy of their attendee lists and event details and not rely on tckt as their only record during preview.
- Organisers stay responsible. Publishing an event on tckt does not mean tckt has reviewed, endorsed or guaranteed it. The organiser remains responsible for the event, its delivery, entry conditions, cancellations and refunds.
- We may contact you about preview issues, incidents or changes that affect your events.
Your statutory rights are unaffected
Nothing in these Preview Terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or the data-protection rights described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending or changing the preview
We may change or end the preview, or particular features, at any time. Where an event is affected, we will try to give reasonable notice and, with the organiser, help attendees who are impacted.
