Using tckt, you agree not to list, promote or use the platform for any of the following. We may suspend or remove events or accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice where necessary.
Prohibited events and content
- Anything unlawful, or promoting unlawful activity.
- Events you do not have the licences, permissions, insurance or rights to run.
- Reselling / touting — selling tickets above the price you set, or operating a secondary market.
- Age-restricted goods/activities offered without proper age verification and licensing (e.g. alcohol, gambling, 18+ content).
- Fraudulent, misleading or non-existent events, or events you do not intend to deliver.
- Hate, harassment, violence or discrimination, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or that sexualises or endangers minors.
- Infringing others' intellectual property (unlicensed artwork, brands, music, trademarks).
- Regulated financial products, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or other restricted items.
- Using tckt to launder money, evade tax, or circumvent Square's terms or sanctions rules.
- Abusing the platform: scraping, automated abuse, security probing, or attempts to access other organisers' or attendees' data.
Your warranties
You warrant that each event you publish is lawful, that you hold all necessary rights and permissions, that your content is accurate and non-infringing, and that you will treat attendees fairly and comply with consumer and data-protection law.
Consequences
Breach may lead to removal of the event, suspension or closure of your account, withholding of platform access, reporting to Square and/or the authorities where required, and your liability to indemnify tckt for resulting losses (see Organiser Terms).
